History
Brian Groat (ClaroLux’s® President and CEO) and Brandon Helms (former partner) have over 30 years of experience in the Landscape Lighting Industry.  Brian and Brandon began in the outdoor lighting industry as contractors/installers.  They saw a need for high quality, USA Made, copper and brass landscape lighting fixtures that were Truly Factory Direct to contractors.  During their time as installers, they became intimately aware of the many problems that plague lighting installers. They were determined to address these problems and in 2004 started a new company, ClaroLux® Landscape Lighting.

ClaroLux® began manufacturing specification grade outdoor lighting fixtures Designed By Contractors For Contractors™.  As contractors, they realized there was a need for fixtures that were servicable, durable, and affordable.  But, these fixtures needed to be adjustable to achieve the proper lighting scene and ambiance.  Adjustability includes visor shields, lenses, and louvers to reduce glare, but also adjustable light color, beam angles, and light output intensity.  These fixtures needed to look different than the cast brass pot metal Chinese imports that flooded the market.  

The founders utilized their "in-the-field-training" to develop the industries most innovative fixtures, that solve landscape lighting problems.  ClaroLux's® patented product designs don't look like the others, because they're better than the others!  ClaroLux® Quality is superior because our Made in the USA luminaires are manufactured using precision CNC machinery and advanced manufacturing techniques.  ClaroLux is an outdoor landscape lighting industry leader.
